On January 29, 2009, the Ontario Canada Ministry of Health recognized care received by Canadian citizens at the Surgical Center for The RSD / CRPS Treatment Center and Research Institute. The Ministry granted its prior approval for payment for the 3-day escalating dose ketamine infusion.

PRIOR APPROVAL IS PROVIDED ONLY ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS AND ONLY BY THE PROVIDENCE IN CANADA WHERE THAT HAS JURISDICTION OVER THE PATIENT'S CARE.
