Owner Gordon Davis (center) has three unique restaurants in the Tampa Bay, including Ceviche at two locations and St. Bart's Island House in Tampa. Due to popular demand, Gordon recently open a second Ceviche in St. Petersburg which offers both indoor and outdoor dinning. Named after one of the French Antilles where Gordon vacations, St. Bart's in Tampa has moved from classical French food toward nuevo Latino
and seafood. Doc is sometimes a guest in St. Bart's
lush tropical garden courtyard.

Outside THE MOON UNDER WATER are pretty tables protected by umbrellas, which face the water and the big park across the street in St. Petersburg . Inside, the restaurant is a classy British colonial-style tavern that offers excellent Indian and British fare.
