I will not have further discussions with the dentists because it is a waste of my time and the dentist’s time as well. I will not negotiate with the dentists in bad faith as you propose. Contrary to your belief, you can not sell your share in the LLC nor rent building #2 without my approval. (See Section 608.422, Florida Statutes).There will be no further discussions with the dentists until you and I resolve a far more important matter as outlined below in my email to you dated Aug. 29. You need me to agree to the rental deal with the dentists and any other potential renter of building #2. I am in no mood to negotiate with you or the dentists under the current circumstance. Him We risk losing a potential renter because you are a person who can not chew gum and skip rope at the same time. However, I am impressed that you are able to attend a cross country event in Lakeland and prepare for your pain examination at the same time. PS: While you were attending the cross country event in Lakeland, Mary Davis and I spent hours in the hot sun on Saturday repairing “your” brick wall because the damage to the brick wall is an eye sore for the entire property.
