Issues -my thoughts ,so you have them with you when you meet them.Your thoughts .?????????? 1.RENT triple NET lease(include prorate tax, insurance and CAM ) what do you think starting at $ 18/Sq.foot ? that come out i.e. 1,000 SF @18,000 per year ,I think their SF will be around 1500 ( guess) equals to 27,000 K per year .From our part I think 30 K rent is good . I am comfortable with that for good people & long term with that rate .Mary did find out rate as 18/SF ,we may find out from Google what tey are paying (apr) in their current location that gives us where they will be comfortable . 2.After boards I am free to sit down with you. 1902 & 1910 I am aware of things and both of us had our fights.Our challenge is to forge out better things ahead. I suggest , you and me put on paper what you will like me NOT to do and I may do the same -DISCUSS them and write down the SOLUTIONS .Will focus on solutions .Next five years .Lets break it down .
