Only one iTune registration is allowed per PC. An additional registration will inactivate the items purchased from iTunes the first registration
Go to iTune support online and make the request to de-register all PCs and then re-register the PCs again with the same email address and password.
To play a purchased item on a sixth computer, you need to deauthorize another one. An iPod doesn't count as a computer.
If you forgot to deauthorize a computer you no longer own, you can deauthorize all your authorized computers at once. You can use this method once a year. Choose Store > View My Account, and then click Deauthorize All. If you don't see this option, it's because you don't have five authorized computers.
Key PCs to register:
1. AFK's PC#23 at home ~ Activated
2. AFK's PC#21 at office ~ Activated "three"
3. Mary's VISTA PC#6 in Coral Gable ~ Activated "Maureen"
4. Room #1 PC#6 "room1"
5. Room #2 PC#4 "room2"
6. Katie PC#12 "Katie"
Moving your iTunes Store purchases to another computer
######
QUICK INSTRUCTIONS
Go to "authorized" PC and open iTunes
Select "Store" >>> look for item previously purchased and click "Buy" and then look for the the message: "You already purchased....." and follow instructions to download to the additional authorized PC.
######
If you have an iPod or iPhone with iTunes Store purchases on it, you can use it to move your purchases to other authorized computers. You might want to do this if you regularly use more than one computer (at home and at work or school, for example) to buy items from the iTunes Store, and you want all your purchases in both iTunes libraries.
To move store purchases from your iPod or iPhone:
-
Make sure the iPod or iPhone has the purchased items you want to transfer.
-
Make sure the destination computer (the one you want to transfer items to) is authorized to play iTunes Store purchases (choose Store > Authorize Computer and then click Authorize).
-
Connect your iPod or iPhone to the destination computer.
-
Do one of the following:
-
If the iPod or iPhone is synced with another computer, or is an iPod shuffle: Click Transfer Purchases in the dialog that appears.
-
If the iPod or iPhone is set up to manually manage items: Wait for the device to appear in the iTunes window (below Devices), and then choose File > Transfer Purchases From iPod (or iPhone).
Unless the song is an iTunes Plus version, you can play an iTunes Store purchase on up to five authorized computers.
If you sync your iPhone with a different iTunes library, the songs from the previous library will be replaced with songs from the new library

Dear Anthony,
My name is Richelle and I understand that you would like your employees to be able to sync your purchases to their iPhones. I know how eager you must be to resolve this matter and I assure you that I am committed to assisting you.
Anthony you can transfer your purchases to as many devices as you like, but keep in mind that your device (or your employees device) can only be linked with one iTunes library at a time. If you sync your iPod or iPhone with a different iTunes library, the songs from the previous library will be replaced with songs from the new library.
If you'd like to learn more, here's a link to an article on the Apple website that goes into a little more detail about transferring items from iTunes to your device:

Thank you for being a valued iTunes Store customer. Your loyalty and patronage is greatly appreciated. I hope you have a wonderful day Anthony.
Sincerely,
Richelle
