Subject: Building #2 and mold infestation

Manny:

Our insurance on building #2 does not cover mold infestation.

As you know, 2 of 3 air conditioners for Building #2 (i.e., 1904) are over 20 years old and they are permanently out of order.

The price quote to replace the two air conditioners from Northside Air Conditioning Inc. is $11,000.00

We should not let mold grow and multiply indoors. When this happens, the level of exposure can increase, thereby increasing the risk of potential health problems and expose our LLC to lawsuits.

Building materials and furnishings may also be damaged. Mold needs to eat to survive, and it's perfectly happy eating our building #2 if we allow it.

Our LLC should proceed with the replacing the two air conditioners ASAP.

The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation is responsible for licensing mold assessors.
