Approximately one month ago the patient had a 1-day, 4-hour ketamine infusion. She suffered an acute exacerbation CRPS throughout her body. The patient returned for a 3-day, 4-hour ketamine infusion. In the 8-minute video linked below the patient reports more benefit from the 3-day treatment with fewer side effects than the 1-one treatment with ketamine.
Graphs below illustrate that the administration of escalating doses of IV ketamine over three consecutive days resulted in a gradual normalization of pain thresholds. This was accomplished as an outpatient.
